We place great importance on the quality of our VCDS diagnostic systems - however, if your interface is defective, we will be happy to assist you! This flat rate includes the repair of your damaged Ross-Tech® HEX-V2® interface or, if necessary, replacement as well.
Conditions:
- You must have an original Ross-Tech® HEX-V2® interface with a German license.
Process:
- Order and pay for this article here in the shop.
- Pack the defective interface and include a short error description as well as your complete contact details in the package.
- Send the package to the following address: PCI Diagnosetechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Schulstraße 44, 93339 Riedenburg
- Our service technicians will contact you as soon as possible after checking the hardware.
- The repaired or replaced interface is usually returned within 1 to 3 business days.
