We attach great importance to quality with our VCDS diagnostic systems - if your interface still has a defect, we are of course happy to be there for you! With this flat rate we will repair your damaged Ross-Tech® HEX-NET® interface or, if necessary, replace it completely.
Conditions:
- You must have an original Ross-Tech® HEX-NET® interface (black or blue) with a German license.
Method:
- Order and pay for this item here in the shop.
- Pack the defective interface and include a short description of the error and your complete contact details in the package.
- Send the package to the following address: PCI Diagnosetechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Schulstraße 44, 93339 Riedenburg
- A service representative will contact you as soon as possible after checking the hardware.
- The repaired or replaced hardware is usually returned in 1 to 3 business days.
