Description
With this service rate, we offer you the option to have our support team unlock one control unit protected by SFD via TeamViewer. If there are multiple control units which need to be unlocked, please book the following article for any additional control unit: SV257 - SFD Unlock Additional Control Units
Process:
- When booking, select a time slot (date and time) during which our support team will unlock the control unit
- Our support team will establish a connection via TeamViewer and unlock the control unit
- Make sure that our TeamViewer is installed and opened on your PC during the selected time slot
- Please also make sure that you have the latest VCDS software version installed and a connection to the vehicle has been established
Please be aware:
- During the process, a connection to a charging device suited for the vehicle is expected
- We do not assume liability for any damage caused by you after the SFD was unlocked
- The SFD unlock is possible for Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Cupra, MAN, Bentley, Lamborghini and Ford vehicles.
Example (costs for unlocking multiple control units):
- Unlocking 3 control units protected by SFD costs € 69,97 = € 29,99 base rate + € 19,99 2nd unit € + 19,99 3rd unit
